Calcium is an important
mineral. The body uses it to build strong bones and teeth. Calcium plays an

body's ability to absorb calcium, it can cause hypocalcemia. This condition
occurs when your pancreas becomes inflamed. Research has found that often, the

antibiotics can cause this. Treatment of calcium deficiency depends on it. When

many foods. Also, many vitamins contain plenty of calcium. The use of these

by consuming calcium-rich foods.

celery, and sesame seeds are rich in natural minerals. Yogurt is an excellent
source of calcium, while it is also rich in probiotics that boost the immune
system. Beans and pulses are a natural source of fiber, protein, and some
nutrients such as potassium, zinc, magnesium, and calcium. With their regular
use, the deficiency of these nutrients can be removed. Green leafy vegetables
are very beneficial for health, as they are rich in calcium. For example, one
cup (190 grams) of cooked vegetables contains 268 milligrams of calcium.

calcium in the body. Cheese is an excellent source of calcium 28 grams of soft
cheese contains 52 mg of this mineral. Also, the body easily absorbs calcium
from dairy products. After consuming these foods, calcium deficiency symptoms
